John and I–just married and without a television–watched the events of 9/11 unfold from our neighbor’s apartment in Provo, UT. The attacks seemed to cascade in slow motion, surreal but for our sharp concern for you and mom and Brad at the Pentagon. Living on the West Coast, sometimes we lose sight of how very earth-shattering and personal these attacks were. I was very moved to remember, again, the individual lives that 9/11 has so profoundly affected. Thanks, as always, for your insight and eloquence. My deepest sympathies go to Robert’s loved ones…

Thanks for posting this Bruce. Itâ€™s easy to think back to that day in September, and all of the fine people who perished in the attack. My condolences to the families of all those who died on the planes and on the ground that day. My thanks to Bruce Webster for being the kind of guy who has the heart to do it, and the talent to do it justice.

When I signed up for 2996, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get Rob because I know Neil. I was afraid that the person who did get his name would either forget about the project or not provide a fitting tribute. He meant a lot to Neil and this needed to be done right. This is very well done and thank you for exceeding my expectations.
