		<description>How do you like that John Henry marinade?  I can&#039;t get it out here in Virginia, but of course it&#039;s readily available back home in Texas.  I&#039;ve been using Pork Barrel BBQ rub with great results (color and flavor) and making a baste from a Paul Kirk recipe that includes Coca Cola, ketchup, beef broth and some other ingredients.  Here&#039;s my blog:
