Trek update and relocation

| May 9, 2007

After taking about a week off, I walked again today, which puts me at 227 miles down, 1078 miles to go. I’m going to need to push a bit harder to get back on track for my October 6 goal of 1305 miles.

In the meantime, I’ve started a new blog — Adventures in Mormonism — and I’m going to move all the trek information and updates over there in the next day or so. In the meantime, I’m going to start posting abstracts of my next book, Surviving Complexity, here on this blog, to get back to the blog’s original theme. ..bruce..

[UPDATED 05/11/07 – 0852 MDT]

OK, I’ve done it, that is, moved the Trek stuff over to Adventures in Mormonism. All further Trek updates will be over there. (For those wondering, I’m up to 238 miles as of yesterday and am about to go out and walk another 11 miles in a few minutes. That is, I will leave to start walking in a few minutes, not that I can walk 11 miles in a few minutes….)  ..bruce..

So, you’re saying that what your life needs is a little more compartmentalization?

Well, not so much my life as the readers of this blog. 🙂 I’d like to get back to some of the technology focus I had planned for this blog, and regular updates on my trek don’t quite fit in there. ..bruce..
