Yes, I’m posting back here. Yes, it’s been a while. So, shoot me.

Got a nice email from Heather at the National Home Security Alliance, pointing out a dead link in one of my older posts. In return, I thought I’d plug their website:

How to Prepare Yourself and Your Community for Natural Disasters

I’m a firm believer in emergency preparedness, and not just because I’m a Latter-day Saint. As it turns out, I’ve lived through and/or done cleanup after several natural disasters. So, get prepared. At the very least, it can be helpful with unexpected financial or health setbacks, and in the event of a true disaster — natural or man-made — you’ll be better set.
